CLEAR TERMS FOR A SMOOTH EVENT
Booking Policies
Please review these policies before booking. Your final quote and electronic rental agreement will contain the details for your event.
Booking and deposit
Your date is reserved only after we confirm availability, you sign the electronic rental agreement, and you pay a 50% nonrefundable booking deposit. Inquiries alone do not reserve a date.
Final payment
The remaining balance is due seven days before the event. With your written authorization, the payment method saved securely through our payment provider may be charged on that date. Bookings made within seven days of an event require payment in full when booked.
Cancellation
The booking deposit is nonrefundable. If you cancel more than seven days before the event, payments made above the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel seven days or fewer before the event, all payments are nonrefundable.
Rescheduling
One reschedule is permitted with at least 14 days' notice. The new event must occur within 12 months and is subject to availability. With less than 14 days' notice, a new deposit may be required.
Packages and additional time
Package time begins at the scheduled start time. Delays caused by the client, venue, or guests do not extend the scheduled end time. Additional time is $100 per hour, subject to attendant availability and written approval.
Service area and travel
We serve San Antonio and surrounding areas. Any applicable travel fee is based on the event location and will be included in the final quote before you sign.
Setup and venue requirements
The client must provide timely venue access, a safe level setup area, and a nearby working electrical outlet. Outdoor setups require a dry, covered area protected from weather. A backdrop is not included unless it appears on the final quote.
Technical issues
We will make reasonable efforts to correct technical problems during the event. If our equipment cannot operate at all, you will receive a full refund. For a partial loss of service, any refund will be prorated based on the amount of booth time lost. Venue internet or cellular outages may delay photo delivery and are not considered equipment failure when photos are still captured and can be delivered later.
Equipment and guest conduct
The client is responsible for reasonable supervision of guests and for repair or replacement costs resulting from intentional damage or negligent misuse by the client or guests.
Photos and phone numbers
Guest phone numbers are used to deliver requested photos. We will not use event photos for advertising without separate permission. Clients are responsible for obtaining any venue permissions and informing guests about the photo booth.
Weather and events outside our control
If severe weather, an unsafe condition, a government restriction, or another event outside either party's reasonable control prevents service, we will work with you to reschedule and transfer payments to a new available date within 12 months.
